Students in the Elon in Los Angeles program will attend a presentation titled “The Business of Hollywood” led by Rob Schwartz, the chief creative officer of TBWA/CHIAT/DAY, at 9 a.m. (PST) Monday, June 11 in the North Clubhouse conference room.
Students will learn:
- To learn the process of how several genres of programming are made.
- To give students a real world understanding of how the industry works, therefore preparing them for careers in entertainment.
- This seminar also offers students the opportunity to learn to operate and manage business structures, personnel, budgets, advertising, sales, research, and regulation of independent, studio and network electronic media.
