Overview:
As Mynt General Manager you are the ultimate ambassador of our boutique and brand. You’re accountable for creating a highly productive environment in which customers have an extraordinary experience, employees are able to do their best and the business thrives. This requires a constant balancing of priorities, including strategic, operational & leadership excellence with an authentic approach.
Responsibilities:
Leadership & People Management
Create the Customer Experience
Represent the Boutique and Brands
Maintain a visually enticing store that is neat, clean and organized
Participates in store meetings, management meetings, and business partner visits
Provides feedback and offers possible solutions to store business owner
Prioritizes workload to maximize efficiency and minimize impact on customer experience
Seeks creative solutions to challenges
Adapts management style as necessary to the audience
Operational Excellence
Drive the Business & Deliver Results
Physical requirements: lift /carry/move 40 lbs minimum including fixtures and product.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, overnights, weekends
Ability to actively supervise the sales floor
Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree (business or fashion related discipline a plus)
3-5 years experience in a boutique setting or service driven environment preferred
Retail operations experience that includes understanding of: Sales, customer service, merchandising, scheduling, inventory control, and loss prevention.
