Craig Hill, art exhibition
artist talk, Yeager Recital Hall, 5:30 p.m.
opening reception, Isabella Cannon Room, 6:30 p.m.
Hill works in intricate ways to examine the relationships between childhood perception and adult reminiscence. His pictures allow children to act out fantasies, to become someone else or to travel to a different place and time. For adults, there is the ability to exploit the many complexities in the images with intimate childhood experiences. Hill’s exhibition spans both university galleries. The Arts West installation continues through September 27. The Isabella Cannon Room installation continues through November 13.
