Stephanie Kelber will present on the work styles of the different generations. This will include examining the Values/Work Ethic, the Workplace Attributes, and the Workplace Struggles of the different generations.
Stephanie, Pathways Leadership Program Manager and Training & Organizational Development Consultant at NC State University, currently works with employees in both formal and informal leadership positions. Her experience includes both private and public sector consulting in many areas including leadership development, career coaching, organizational consulting, and project management.
