Winter/Spring 2013 Hiring is now in action for the Elon Challenge Course!
If you are a fun loving person interested in education, leadership, outdoor education, group dynamics, and/or group collaboration the Elon Challenge Course offers a great opportunity to learn skills related to all of the previous mentioned fields.
Facilitators are tasked with creating an environment for Challenge Course participants to learn about themselves and others through dynamic challenges on a low and high ropes course. It is expected that facilitators can juggle creating a fun, challenging environment, but also instill a safe atmosphere so participants can thrive on their own!
Facilitating on the Elon Challenge Course is a part-time job.
