From the Wilmington Star-News (1/21/13): The results are in ... kind of.
New Hanover County sent out surveys at the end of 2012 to find out how residents feel about county government operations, and the responses run the gamut, according to county officials.
“I think you’ll be very surprised, relieved and intrigued by the results,” County Manager Chris Coudriet told the commissioners at Thursday’s agenda review meeting.
However, Coudriet declined to provide the results to the StarNews Friday. He said they were not ready to be presented to the commissioners or the public.
The North Carolina Guide to Open Government and Public Records states there is some discrepancy over whether or not drafts are considered public records.
