The Elon Music Theatre Program’s Class of 2012 had its first member join the ranks of the Elon alumni on Broadway.

Adam Kaplan ’12 has been cast as a Delancey brother and the understudy for the leading role of Jack Kelly in Disney’s new Broadway musical Newsies.
After receiving his Equity Card this past summer working for Music Theatre of Wichita, Kaplan has been auditioning for shows in New York. Along with MTW, Kaplan has worked for various theatres across the country, including Flatrock Playhouse and Central Piedmont Theatre.
