Elon University trustees approved promotions and tenure for faculty members in a March 1 meeting.

Trustees learned that continuance in lecture track appointment was approved for George Hlavaty (Department of English). Continuance was also approved for Vitaliy Strohush (Department of Economics) and Tonya Train (Department of Biology) in their continuing track appointments.
