Professor Cindy Fair in the Department of Human Services Studies, along with Elon senior Jamie Albright, an Elon College Fellow and Lumen Prize recipient, presented March 14 at the Society for Adolescent Medicine Annual Meeting in Atlanta.
“Self-Reported Sexual and Reproductive Health Information/Services Received by Adolescents and Young Adults With Perinatally Acquired HIV: What Are Their Needs?” was based, in part, on Albright’s Lumen Prize project and Fair’s sabbatical research.
The presentation’s abstract was published in the February 2013 issue of the Journal of Adolescent Health.
Albright, a public health studies major, also was accepted into the University of Virginia’s clinical psychology doctoral program. She is the first Elon student to be accepted into the program directly out of his or her undergraduate studies.
