In March, Elon Law Professor Peter Hoffman delivered the Geoffrey Fieger Trial Practice Institute’s Seventh Annual Lecture at Michigan State University College of Law and coauthored a National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA) video catalog on effective depositions.
Hoffman’s MSU Law lecture took place on March 21 and was titled, ““What Do Trial Advocacy Teachers and Buggy Whip Manufacturers Have in Common?”
The NITA video catalog on effective depositions, which Hoffman coauthored with David M. Malone, supplements content from the largest-selling book on deposition practice, also coauthored by Hoffman, titled The Effective Deposition: Techniques and Strategies That Work.
In February, Hoffman and Malone delivered a NITA webcast on effective depositions.
Hoffman is one of the nation’s leading authorities on trial advocacy, depositions, and evidence. More information about Professor Hoffman is available here.
