Get ready for the Bench Press Competition while learning new exercises that you can add to your fitness routine at Bench Press Competition Orientation sessions.
The Bench Press Competition Orientation is a new, free program that will help women get ready for the Bench Press Competition by getting them comfortable and confident with the bench press exercise.
Tuesday, April 9: 8-9 p.m.
Thursday, April 11: 7-8 p.m.
Monday, April 15: 8-9 p.m.
Personal trainers will lead participants through various exercises that target chest, triceps, back, biceps, abs and shoulder muscles. Participants will also learn how to bench press and discuss strategies for the BPC. At the end of the orientation participants will receive a handout of all the exercises covered so they can add them to their workout routines!
Participants only need to come to one session as each session will cover the same information, but we encourage you to come to more than one orientation so you become more familiar with benching.
