The Fiske Guide identified the "best and most interesting" colleges and universities out of the nation's 2,200 four-year schools.
Elon University has been named for the 10th time as a “best buy” in one of the most influential guides to helping students and families identify schools recognized for the quality of their academic offerings in relation to the cost of attendance.
Elon is among three North Carolina colleges and universities recognized in the 2014 Fiske Guide to Colleges. All “best buy” schools fall into the inexpensive or moderate price category, and most have four- or five-star academics ratings.
Elon joins the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Warren Wilson College as the only three North Carolina schools making this year’s “best buy” list. The Fiske Guide identified the “best and most interesting” colleges and universities out of the nation’s 2,200 four-year schools.
