In a recently published article, Elon Law Professor Tom Molony identifies ambiguities in federal law and judicial frameworks that have attempted to define when fraudulent activity is connected to securities transactions. Molony’s article also poses solutions to the lack of clarity in this area of law. 

The assistant professor in the School of Education has been selected by Phi Delta Kappa International as a part of its 2013-2014 cohort of Emerging Leaders.

As of July 1, 2013 several State agencies, including the Departments of Administration, Health & Human Services, and Environment and Natural Resources adopted new public records policies that tax public records requesters with “special service charges.”
