Elon Law Professor Henry Gabriel recently presented at law schools in St. Louis, Japan and the United Kingdom, as well as publishing scholarship in the Journal of Arbitration Studies.
Gabriel’s article in the Journal of Arbitration Studies, titled, “The Use of the UNIDROIT Principles as Neutral Law in Arbitration,” examines broader implications of promulgations of the International Institute for the Unification of Private Law.
