Morgan Neil Allen, Desktop Support Technician Neil Allen is originally from Danville, Va. Before joining Elon’s staff, he worked at Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools. He has a bachelor’s degree from Queens University of Charlotte. He enjoys the guitar. Elon was an attractive opportunity because of the people and the campus. |

Matthew Antonio Bosch, Director of the Gender & LGBTQIA Center Matthew Antonio Bosch joined Elon’s staff in the fall. He was previously the director of the GLBTA programs office at the University of Minnesota. He earned a master’s degree in higher education administration with a concentration in diversity affairs from Harvard University and a bachelor’s degree in linguistics and psychology from Cornell University. Matthew, who is originally from Copiague, N.Y., enjoys reality television, comic books and board games. His partner is Mikey Childen. Matthew says: “I’m excited to be the inaugural director of the newly created Gender and LGBTQIA Center at Elon. Plus the weather is better than Minnesota and since I’m a New Yorker, I’m in the market for a new accent.” |

Thadeous Carr, Floor Maintenance Worker Thadeous Carr is from Alamance County, N.C. Before joining Elon’s staff, he worked in the mental health field. He is married to Delores and enjoys reading, writing, golf, football, basketball, weight lifting and poetry. |

Christina Davis, Floor Tech Christina Davis joins Elon’s staff after working at University of North Carolina at Greensboro for 10 years. She has a degree in criminal justice. She and husband Fred are the proud parents of Christa, 17, Kyson, 15, Zaida, 4, and Fred Jr., 4 months. The also have three dogs, Truth, Onyx and Butta. They live in Greensboro. Christa likes spending time at home with her family. She also likes to walk around the track and spend time surfing the Internet. |

Terry Lantz, Assistant Football Coach Terry Lantz joins Elon after working at Ball State University and Wolford College. He has a master’s of education from the University of Louisiana at Monroe and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Louisville. He is originally from Boston. His wife is Meredith and children are Adam, 11, and Olivia, 8. He enjoys reading, golf, the beach, exercise and spending time outdoors. He says Elon give him the “opportunity to work at a private liberal arts school with a great reputation both academically and athletically.” |

Lindsey W. Owens, Human Resources Generalist Lindsey W. Owens received her education at Boyce College. She and husband Jonathan and 4-year-old son Reece live in Cary. She enjoys cooking and reading. |

Rich Skrosky, Head Football Coach Rich Skrosky, who is from Lodi, N.J., joins Elon after serving as offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at Ball State University in Muncie, Ind. He has a bachelor’s degree in political science. He is married to Suzanne Quentz. He enjoys reading and golf. |

- Jeff Lampson, event support specialist, and wife Windy welcomed their son, Miles Jeffrey, on Oct. 15. He joins big brother Noah.
- David Morton, multimedia developer, and wife Casey welcomed their daughter, Lydia Willow on Oct. 26. Lydia joins four big brothers and a big sister.
- Megan McClure, director of advancement communications, and husband Griffin welcomed their first child, Jemma Kay, on Oct. 30.
