PROGRAM OVERVIEW:

Fifth Third Bank Leadership Programs (LPs) are designed to provide meaningful work experience and develop future organizational leaders. The LPs consist of comprehensive on-the-job training supplemented by educational opportunities focused on banking, business, financial technology, leadership and team-building skills. The LPs are designed to enhance the career progression and performance of its participants through: providing exposure to a variety of related disciplines early in the participant’s career; developing mentor relationships with senior leadership members; focusing attention on education and career development opportunities; and delivering formal and informal performance coaching and feedback. 

The full-time leadership programs are structured in a rotational assignment format over a 24 month period. Rotational assignments refer to movement between departments within the assigned leadership program business area and not across the seven leadership programs. 

The internship program is structured in a 10 – 12 week format over the course of the summer.
