Part II of this session is open to new supervisors and any supervisors who are interested in refreshing their skills. Dr. Karen Jo Shapiro will present Part II of her introduction to “Conflict Competence.”
Dr. Shapiro will also give a more in-depth overview of the process of conflict dynamics. In addition, she will ask participants to come prepared with conflict situations and discuss how conflict competence might help in those specific situations.
