The Lunar New Year Celebration will take place on Friday, Feb. 21, 2014 in the Numen Lumen Pavilion from 5:30 p.m.–7 p.m. Commemorate the Year of the Horse with Chinese, S. Korean, and Vietnamese cultures and food.

The Lunar New Year is the most important festival of the year celebrated by several East and Southeast Asian countries. Known often as the Chinese New Year, Seollal (Korea), and Tết (Vietnam), January 31, 2014 ushered in the Year of the Horse. Come celebrate with Asian cuisine, music, rituals, and dancing to kick off the Lunar New Year on Elon’s campus! The celebration will be held in the McBridge Gathering Space of the Numen Lumen Pavilion on Friday, February 21, 2014, from 5:30 p.m.-7 p.m.
