Professor Rebecca Todd Peters presented one of the closing keynote lectures this spring at the Futures of Capitalism Conference at the University of Winchester in Winchester, England.
The conference, which ran April 8-9, 2014, was the culmination of a year-long series of events sponsored by Winchester Cathedral, Winchester Business Improvement District and the University of Winchester, in collaboration with the McDonald Center for Theology, Ethics, and Public Life, University of Oxford.
The Futures of Capitalism conference was intended to contribute to the aims of this series of events, conceived in the wake of the Occupy protests, making a positive contribution to the national debate concerning the reform and renewal of the economy.
