Women face unique challenges as employees and leaders in the workplace. Erin Andrews, Carrie Ryan and Sara Shechter will facilitate a roundtable conversation focused on identifying these situations as well as brainstorming ways to offer support and development opportunities that empower women to grow as leaders on our campus and in the community.
