Vigg named to Aramark management position

Pulkit Vigg[/caption]Pulkit Vigg joins Elon’s Aramark services after serving as director of operations at Mississippi State University. He has also served as director of retail operations at Drexel University, retail brand director at Temple University, and retail director at the Health Science Campus at Temple University.

Vigg received his bachelor’s degree in hospitality management from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI.  Additionally, he has a three-year diploma in hotel management-culinary from Indian Institute of Hotel Management in Aurangabad, India, a diploma in hospitality management from Educational Institute of AH&MA in Washington, D.C., and a diploma in computing skills in the hospitality industry from National Institute of Information of Technology in Pune, India.

Vigg succeeds Jeff Gazda, Elon’s long-time Aramark manager, who has taken a position with Aramark at another university.
