The Elon in Los Angeles program had its culminating event on July 30, 2014.
Students with Jeff Ross, the Executive Producer of Conan[/caption]A myriad of student film projects were shown at the annual end-of-summer showcase in North Hollywood. Students served as producers, actors, directors, sound technicians, and publicists on collaborative projects. Many alumni and professionals attended the event.
bridges to L.A students on the set of Hallmark’s Home & Family[/caption]Students spent their summer taking classes, interning and partaking in scheduled activities during their time in Los Angeles. The executive producer ot Conan, Jeff Ross, spoke to students about the entertainment industry and gave some insights into how he got to where he is. Students also volunteered at a local foodbank and youth center and explored cultural events throughout the city.
Four recent alumni who were part of the bridges to L.A. program participated in professional development activities and met with industry professionals throughout the summer.
