Join us Wednesdays at 12:10 p.m. in the Sacred Space for meditation and centering prayer with intentions from multiple traditions.
All are welcome. No experience with meditation or prayer is necessary. Both religious and non-religious community members are welcome. This new meditation group is being organized by Diana Abrahams, multi-faith and intern coordinator, and Joel Harter, associate chaplain for Protestant Life. Both have experienced in different traditions greater mental, spiritual, and physical well-being through meditation and Mindfulness.
