An Oct. 17 special event featuring remarks from President Leo M. Lambert and Dean Paul Parsons will be held outside the McEwen building, home of the School of Communications.
Elon’s 2014 Homecoming Weekend kicks off Friday, Oct. 17, with a special celebration marking the on-campus launch of a capital campaign for the School of Communications.
The 4 p.m. event – open to all Elon alumni, students, faculty and staff – will feature remarks by Elon President Leo M. Lambert and Paul Parsons, dean of the School of Communications.
A School of Communications alumni reception at 3 p.m. precedes the formal program, which begins with a performance by Elon’s a cappella group Twisted Measure and includes the on-campus premiere of an animated video depicting the new School of Communications facilities.
