<p>Elon Law Professor Robert Parrish moderated a Sept. 23 forum titled, "Beyond Ferguson: A Frank Discussion of Race, Policing, and the 4th Amendment." The panel featured scholars from several colleges and universities, as well as city elected and appointed executives. </p>Elon Law’s intensive engagement with legal, business, public and nonprofit sectors reflects its commitment to an educational approach that is grounded in experiential learning. The professional activity of Elon Law professors, students and alumni not only influences law and policy, it creates networks and relationships that open doors of opportunity for all members of the law school community. As a hub of learning, lawyering, leadership and entrepreneurship, Elon Law encourages, fosters and celebrates the innovations and professional interests of all members of its community.
