Stephanie Davis returns to share with us that “every 8 seconds, someone turns 65 and is eligible for retirement. This statistic is significantly changing the workforce generation pie chart and will impact how we work in the future. In this session we will discuss trends impacting the future workplace and how to manage clashes between the different generations. We will also explore the concept of gen-flexing and how to adapt our styles to meet the needs of the various generations.” A buffet lunch will be provided for those who register.
