Business Fellows Speaker – Rick Statile – Oct. 12

Rick Statile has worked for the last 10 years as in-house counsel at Red Hat, Inc., an international open source software company headquartered in Raleigh.  Mr. Statile specializes in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financing, corporate compliance and ethics, securities law and licensing. Prior to Red Hat, Statile worked at Kilpatrick Stockton law firm and Smith Anderson law firm, two North Carolina-based firms.  Mr. Statile will speak about corporate compliance and ethics programs and Red Hat’s experience in implementing their programs.
