The Environmental & Animal Law Society is hosting an ice cream social!
Marsh Prause, a local environmental attorney, will lead the event by discussing his journey practicing environmental law and the breadth of opportunity in the legal field.
The social will be held in Room 204 at 12:35 p.m. All Elon Law students are invited to attend.
Prause focuses his legal practice on litigation matters relating to real property, including environmental and toxic tort litigation, land use litigation, landlord-tenant litigation, and title litigation. He handles commercial lease disputes and lawsuits involving retail, office, and industrial properties across North Carolina for REITs and other owners and managers of commercial properties.
