Lynne Bisko, Outreach Librarian, spoke about Carol Grotnes Belk Library’s Personal Librarian Program.
Bisko presented at the Second National Personal Librarian and First Year Experience Conference at Case Western Reserve University’s Kelvin Smith Library on May 12, 2016. Her session described the evolution of the assessment process for the Personal Librarian Program at Elon University. She shared challenges of and lessons learned in the data collection and management process, as well as tools used to gather and manage the information about the librarian-student interactions.
