- David Levine, Elon University Associate Professor of Law. Levine is an Elon Law faculty member and an Affiliate Scholar at the Center for Internet and Society at Stanford Law School. He is a 2015-2016 Visiting Research Collaborator at Princeton University’s Center for Information Technology Policy and is also the founder and host of Hearsay Culture on KZSU-FM (Stanford University), an information policy, intellectual property law and technology talk show for which he has recorded over 250 interviews since May 2006.
- Michael Gerhardt, UNC Samuel Ashe Distinguished Professor of Constitional Law. Gerhardt is the Samuel Ashe Distinguished Professor of Constitutional Law at UNC. He specializes in constitutional conflicts and has been active as a special counsel, scholar, adviser, expert witness, and public commentator on all the major conflicts between presidents and Congress over the past quarter century.
