Koru Mindfulness is an evidence-based group curriculum for beginners specifically designed for teaching mindfulness, meditation and stress management.
During the workshop you will learn several specific mindfulness skills and meditation techniques, including eating and walking meditations, gathas and body scan, to name a few. There are four 75-minute workshops over the course of four weeks.
