Associate Professor of Physical Education Daryl Lawson delivered an invited lecture on Aug. 27 at the 2016 Friesen Physio Fitness Summit: Current Trends of Sport Medicine, held at the PNC Arena in Raleigh, N.C.
His lecture was on the continuum of tendinopathy: interventions and how musculoskeletal ultrasound can guide your treatment. He was also part of a roundtable discussion with all of the presenters. The summit is intended for physical therapists, athletic trainers, strength and conditioning coaches, students and other health care professionals involved in the evaluation, treatment and rehabilitation of athletes.
