Visiting Writer Debra Nystrom selected the winners in this year's poetry contest.

The Truitt Center for Religious & Spiritual Life will host a Diwali celebration on Wednesday, Nov. 9 at 6:30 p.m. in the Numen Lumen Pavilion, McBride Gathering Space.

Laura Roselle, professor of political science and policy studies, will receive the award at the association's annual convention in February which will feature a panel discussion about her scholarship. 

The new track is the third in Elon's Peace Corps Prep program, which launched in 2013. 

During a monthly dinner hosted by the Oaks Neighborhood, Elon philosophy faculty members helped facilitate important conversations on the philosophy of food.

Four School of Communications professors participated in the inaugural Broadcast Education Association event, including Associate Professor Vic Costello who served as a conference co-chair.
