Successfully working with others with different cultural backgrounds and communication styles can be challenging. As the professional space becomes more diverse these important skills have become highly sought after by employers across the globe.
In this workshop, attendees will gain a better understanding of intercultural competence (IC) and its importance in the modern workplace, explore their own intercultural literacy and experiences, and understand how to successfully articulate their IC skills to employers. See EJN ID# 2294
