Elon panelists will speak to their experiences in the workplace during “My Gender Works” at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 6 in the Isabella Cannon Room, Center for the Arts. Panelists will focus on situations they have faced related to their gender and other identities, and give students insights into how to navigate such situations. Carla Ugboro, associate director of human resources for employee relations and Title IX coordinator, will moderate the panel. Panelists include: Vanessa Bravo, assistant professor of communications; Alexa Broderick ’13, director of recruitment learning and development at Teach for America, founder and principal consultant at The Equity Paradigm; India Johnson, assistant professor of psychology; Mary Morrison, assistant dean of Campus Life/director of the Kernodle Center for Service Learning and Community Engagement; and Kirstin Ringelberg, professor of art history.
