Peer-reviewed scientific study by Overman and co-authors shows that age differences in memory can depend on the way that visual information is presented.

Elon alumni, parents and friends gathered Jan. 29 for a night of celebration and a discussion about the future of Elon by President Leo M. Lambert and President-elect Connie Ledoux Book. 

Volunteers would be helping with packet pickup, handing out water on the course, or directing athletes on the course. The event is on April 8 from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Jeffrey Carpenter, associate professor of education and director of the Teaching Fellows program, Julie Justice, assistant professor of education, and Scott Morrison, assistant professor of education, published articles in the journal Learning Landscapes.

Tony Crider, associate professor of physics, has been involved with the Reacting to the Past initiative, which uses role-playing games as instructional tools in the classroom, for more than a decade.
