Elon students, faculty and staff will have the chance to show their appreciation to the university’s donors by writing thank-you cards during A Thousand Thanks, a campus-wide gratitude event taking place Tuesday, April 17.
The eighth annual A Thousand Thanks event highlights the role of philanthropy in Elon’s past, present and future. Every year, lives are changed because of the opportunities that our donors make possible. We invite the university community to join us in writing notes of appreciation to them.
A Thousand Thanks will launch at College Coffee on April 17, and writing stations may be found between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. at the following locations:
- Clohan Hall (formerly Colonnades Dining Hall)
- Daniel Commons in the Danieley Neighborhood
- Global Commons
- Moseley Center, first floor
- Snow Family Grand Atrium in Schar Hall, School of Communications
The Oak House is also hosting A Thousand Thanks between 7 and 9 p.m. that day.
