The annual gathering will begin on the grassy area between Alamance Building and Haggard Avenue, near the flagpoles, at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 6. Join the entire Elon community for a university tradition and celebration of light that kicks off the winter holiday season.
The program of music, blessings, and readings begins at 6:30 p.m. on the grassy area between Alamance Building and Haggard Avenue, near the flagpoles, a new location this year. Santa and Mrs. Claus will be available to visit with the community in front of Powell Building from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Hot chocolate, apple cider and water will be served as those gathered enjoy musical entertainment by the Elon Gospel Choir, Elon Brass Quintet, Twisted Measure and Sweet Signatures.
Everyone is welcome for this wonderful Elon tradition!
