Assistant Professor Jen Hamel of Elon’s Department of Biology presented research at the annual Animal Behavior Society conference in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
ABS 2018, the annual conference of the Animal Behavior Society, was held August 2-6 at the University of Wisconsin in Milwaukee.
Hamel presented findings from work conducted in summers 2016-18 with assistance from her research students and funding from an Elon Faculty Summer Fellowship. The contributed talk, “Hybridization between two insect species: ecology, behavior, and consequences,” was part of a session on the ecological effects of behavior.
