Ultimate Frisbee, Flag Football, Volleyball and Racquetball among the sports offered during Block 2 Intramural registration open Oct. 8-18.
Between doing homework for classes, studying for tests, attending club meetings and making time to hang out with friends, it can be hard to dedicate time to staying active and relieving stress.
In keeping busy schedules and hopping from one commitment to the next, tension has a tendency to build up.
Campus Recreation & Wellness provides the opportunity for students to take a break and get on their feet for some healthy competition and camaraderie with friends with intramural sports.
The sports offered in Block 2 of Intramural registration include:
- Ultimate Frisbee
- 7v7 Flag Football
- 6v6 Volleyball
- Raquetball
Students and groups can register online at www.imleagues.com/elon. For step-by-step instructions on how to create an IMLeagues account or how to sign up for intramural sports, click here. Once a team has registered on IMLeagues, each team captain is required to attend the Captains Meeting at 6 p.m. Oct. 18 in Moseley 215, where they can pay the $20 forfeit fee.
This year, IM Champion teams will not only receive 2018-19 Intramural Champion T-shirts to commemorate their victory, but they will also attend a special celebration of fall intramural champions hosted by President Connie Book.
