Janice Spearbeck ’13 will speak at the event and is a National Association of Realtors 30 under 30 honoree. According to Washingtonian Magazine, Spearbeck is one of the top real estate agents in the region. She will go over the home buying process, current developments in the housing market, and practical guidance for prospective buyers.

Located on the third floor of the 700 Penn Building (containing the Trader Joe’s). The street entrance to the building is located directly North of the Eastern Market Metro (Orange/Blue/Silver Lines) on Pennsylvania Avenue. The parking garage entrance is located at the backside of the building on C Street between 7th and 8th Streets. Parking will only be validated in the 700 Penn Building garage. Please check in with the security desk to present your valid photo ID for access to the third floor.
