The two-day conference to be held March 15-16 will focus on achievement, awareness and allyship.
On March 15 and 16, high school and college students will have an opportunity to interact with successful professionals in the audio field at the “Leading Women In Audio” conference.
The conference brings presenters from across the music industry to lead Friday sessions on recording, post-production, business, live sound, entrepreneurship and broadcast sound. In addition, panel discussions on Saturday will tackle topics such as “Career Paths”, “Professionalism”, “Networking & Mentoring” and “Stereotypes and Allyship”.

- Aurelia Belfield, music supervision, Trailblazer Studios, Raleigh
There will be vendor exhibits by AEA Ribbonmics and Hear Technologies, and a recording workshop by Warm Audio, featuring Nashville mix engineer/producer, Joe Carrell. Attendees will also have time to meet with local studio owners, professionals and companies about internships and employment.
