Elon University’s vocal jazz ensemble, élan, performs jazz, a cappella and straight renditions of popular cartoon themes, music from kids’ TV programming and songs from animated features with rhythm section. The program features familiar songs from classics such as “Jungle Book,” “Willy Wonka,” “Sesame Street,” “Schoolhouse Rock,” “Pinocchio,” “The Wizard of Oz,” “The Prince of Egypt” and many more.
Admission is free; no ticket required. Sponsored by the Department of Music.
