Elon students, faculty and staff will have the chance to show their appreciation to the university’s donors by writing thank-you cards during A Thousand Thanks, a campus-wide gratitude event taking place Tuesday, April 9.
The ninth annual A Thousand Thanks event will once again highlight the role of philanthropy on our campus. With the official launch of the Elon LEADS Campaign, we invite the university community to join us in writing notes of appreciation to the donors who are creating the opportunities that will change the lives of future generations of Elon students.
A Thousand Thanks will kickoff at College Coffee on April 9, and writing stations may be found at the following locations:
- McEwen Dining Hall plaza, 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Lakeside Dining, 5 to 7 p.m.
The Writing Center in Belk Library will host an additional writing station on Wednesday, April 10, from 10 a.m. to noon.
For the first time, the Elon community may also submit thank-you messages online: https://www.elon.edu/u/advancement/thousand-thanks-submission/.
