The northbound lane will be closed from Phoenix Drive to University Drive beginning June 27.
Due to construction work on The Inn at Elon, the northbound lane of North O’Kelly Avenue will be closed for about a week starting June 27. The closed section will be between the traffic circle at Phoenix Drive and University Drive. Traffic headed north on North O’Kelley Avenue will need to detour via Phoenix Drive to Williamson Avenue in order to connect with University Drive.
Also, traffic on Phoenix Drive next to the construction site will be reduced to one lane during the day to allow for additional parking being constructed behind Kivette Hall.
