Elon to host 2020 CAA Women’s Basketball Championship

The Colonial Athletic Association has selected Elon University as the host for the 2020 CAA Women’s Basketball Championship on March 11-14. The event will mark the first-ever conference championship at Schar Center.

Ten teams will compete for conference bragging rights inside Elon’s Schar Center, as the university’s state-of-the-art, 5,100-seat arena hosts the 2020 Colonial Athletic Association Women’s Basketball Championship on March 11-14.

The tournament will mark Schar Center’s first opportunity to host a conference championship, as the league’s teams hope to win the tournament title and punch their ticket to the NCAA Tournament.

The 5,100-seat Schar Center will host the 2020 CAA Women’s Basketball Championship.
