Kernodle Center for Civic Life develops campus and community resource bank for COVID-19 pandemic

The resource bank offers guidance on how to engage with the community during the pandemic.

As our community continues to navigate all the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, the Kernodle Center for Civic Life has been monitoring community needs.  Local organizations continue to keep their doors open and are offering vital services to Alamance County residents.  Some organizations are ready to welcome back volunteers, while others are not quite at that point yet.

It is clear that organizations need to be creative and conduct their work in different ways than they did prior to the pandemic.

To provide direction for our campus on how to engage with the community, the Kernodle Center for Civic Life has developed an online resource bank with suggestions for how to engage with and support community partner organizations.  Click here to visit our website for additional information.

If you have additional resources that would enhance our resource bank, we welcome further additions.  Email Kyle Anderson at kanderson52@elon.edu with any additional resources to add.
