COMPENSATION:
· Salary Range: $42.00 – $64.00/hour (new graduates: $87,360 annually)
· + $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
· + Relocation Package up to $5,000
· + Education Tuition Reimbursement – up to $20,000 reimbursement for previous school loans
· + Annual education allowance in the amount of $2,500

OVERVIEW:
· This outpatient clinic provides physical therapy services for over 60 physicians and advanced practice providers (approximately 20 specialties including orthopedic and neurological specialists).
· An employer providing excellence in clinical care, biomedical research and medical education – approved for grants, GME Residents, and Joint Faculty with University Medical Centers
· Work in a collegial environment with a smaller group (<5) of Physical Therapists who are very supportive with mentorship
· PATIENT AGES: range from 12 years old spanning up through geriatric
· FULL-TIME SCHEDULE: M-F, day shift (with Friday closing at Noon)
LOCATION: Western State
