Elon University looks forward to welcoming alumni back to campus for Homecoming & Reunion Weekend Nov. 5-7. Registration for the weekend's many exciting events is officially open to all alumni.
The Office of Alumni Engagement is pleased to announce that Homecoming & Reunion Weekend is back in person this year and registration is officially open. Elon will be welcoming alumni back to campus Nov. 5-7.
Returning alumni can look forward to enjoying several signature events throughout the weekend. These include the Distinguished Alumni Awards Ceremony, which will honor Steve Ellington ’80, Priscilla Awkard ’95, Kevin Gilmore ’96 and Michelle Wideman ’00.
Attendees of Rock the Block, Elon’s favorite community block party on Friday evening will enjoy a variety of food trucks, beer and wine bars, lawn games, live music and fireworks. All alumni are invited to visit the tailgate village before cheering on the Phoenix as they take on the Villanova Wildcats in Rhodes Stadium on Saturday at 2 p.m.
Other weekend activities include:
- Campus Tours: Join other alums in the touring of campus and special spaces, whether by bus or on foot, including The Inn at Elon and Loy Farm.
- Department of Performing Arts presents: “42nd Street” in McCrary Theatre at 7:30 p.m. each night.
- Saturday Morning Wellness: Get into a slow flow with fellow alumni with yoga Under the Oaks at 9 a.m. or other self-guided activities that get you outside and moving!
- Class & Affinity Reunions: Reconnect with old friends as a variety of class and affinity reunions take place across campus. This year we are excited to celebrate double reunions to make up for the ones missed last year (ex. ’95 & ’96, 2010 and 2011). See the full listing of reunions here.
