Beta Alpha Psi initiates students in virtual national ceremony

Elon’s chapter of the honor society for financial information students and professionals initiated six students during a spring ceremony.

Elon’s Lambda Xi chapter of Beta Alpha Psi (BAP) welcomed six new members during a virtual initiation ceremony hosted by the BAP national office on April 13.

Beta Alpha Psi logoThe Martha and Spencer Love School of Business students were among 200 students of 20 different chapters across the nation participating in the ceremony.

In the beginning of the event, Deloitte, the multinational professional services network, delivered a presentation called “Team Strengths Workshop: Identifying Your Strengths and Weaknesses.” Elon BAP PR officer Julianne Jarek ‘23 described the workshop as a “personal reflection on what our own skills are and why we may gravitate towards our strengths and shy away from improving our weaknesses.”
